By replacing conventional farming methods developed for more than 40 years with an agro-ecological approach that encompasses both organic productions and  «Third Way» productions. The aim today is to respond to farmers and consumers' expectations and constraints while minimizing our overall environmental impact for a sustainable future.

Thanks to research, trials, collaborationsnew technologies and above all, common sens, douzens of solutions have been developed to produce more effectively, using less chemicals through innovation . Here are a few examples:

  • Providing consumers with a sufficient quantity of products to feed them and ensuring quality standards as well as fair and acceptable prices

  • Produicing is not easy as we often forget to take into account variable factors: weather conditions, insect attacks, fungal attacks... 

  • Preserving vegetables, products quality and food safety that we owe to consumers means first taking care of our plants.

  • Prioritizing alternative production methods vs. methods that damage the soil structure and the use of chemicals.

  • One goal: do everything possible to minimize even more our impact on the environment.

 PROMOTE 

  • In a fair trade approach, ensuring that the farmer's work is fairly valued.

  • Our commitments: to give visibility to our farmers for the full year committing ourselves on a certain amount of areas and volumes, as well as prices prior to sowing. To accompany  our farmers during tough times and with the challenges of agroecological mutation.

 SUSTAIN 

  • Bad experiments can damage the production potential of lands and consumers health, jeopardize the quantity of products available,  involve extra costs and thus create prices that are acceptable for no one.

  • Our goal: developing a new Agroecological way geared towards Organic farming and new technics as well as cropping strategies for conventional products.

  • This is going to take time, cost a fair and it has to be measured, controlled, verified before being spread to a wider audience.

  • We thrive for a sustainable approach of agriculture: sustainable for Nature, sustainable for consumers, sustainable for farmers.

ORGANIC FARMING

Organic certified vegetables are grown according to a system of production that uses agricultural practices which respect natural balances. Synthetic chemicals and GMO are banned. Our organic vegetables are inspected by the independent accredited third party Ecocert.

VECONATUR

 

VECONATUR certified vegetables are grown according to innovative agricultural methods that eliminate the use of  chemical insecticides and herbicides in favor of natural substances

 

VECONATUR is not about Zero Residue. It goes beyond as NO chemical pesticides are used

 

VECONATUR encompasses more than 15 years of studies to replace "chemistry" by natural products. VECONATUR is the work of a dedicated team, known for its expertise.

 

VECONATUR is a certified approach that is validated by the  independant external body SAI Global.
